    Prepare the Bacon-wrapped Hot Dog

    Wrap the slices of center-cut bacon around the Nathan's all beef hot dog. Secure the bacon with toothpicks if necessary.

    Grill the Hot Dog

    Preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill the bacon-wrapped hot dog for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the bacon is crispy and the hot dog is heated through.

    Grill the Veggies

    While the hot dog is grilling, toss the bell peppers and onions in a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill them on a grill basket or skewers until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

    Once the hot dog and veggies are done, place the hot dog in a bun. Top with grilled veggies, house spread, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and sprinkle bacon bits on top.
