Prepare the Salmon
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Season the salmon with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Place on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Garnish with fresh dill.

Cook the Orange Sesame Shrimp
In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes until pink. Stir in orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame seeds. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Make the Crab Cakes
In a bowl, mix crab meat, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, egg, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped green onions. Form into patties. Heat oil in a skillet and fry crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Prepare Goma Wakame
Soak dried wakame in water for 10 minutes until rehydrated. Drain and mix with sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.

Make Calamari Ceviche
In a bowl, combine calamari, lime juice, red onion, diced tomato, cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Assembly

Plate the Sampler
On a large platter, arrange the cooked salmon, orange sesame shrimp, crab cakes, goma wakame, and calamari ceviche. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
