Caesar Salad
Prepare the Romaine
Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
Mix the dressing
In a separate bowl, combine the Caesar dressing and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
Combine ingredients
Add the dressing mixture to the chopped Romaine and toss well. Add croutons and grated Parmesan cheese, then toss gently.
Season
Sprinkle with black pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Prepare the steaks
Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Season the steaks
Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt and black pepper.
Rest the steaks
Remove from heat and let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Seafood
Sauté the garlic
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Cook the shrimp
Add the fresh shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
