Method

Caesar Salad

1

Prepare the Romaine

Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

2

Mix the dressing

In a separate bowl, combine the Caesar dressing and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.

3

Combine ingredients

Add the dressing mixture to the chopped Romaine and toss well. Add croutons and grated Parmesan cheese, then toss gently.

4

Season

Sprinkle with black pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Steaks

5

Prepare the steaks

Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.

6

Season the steaks

Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt and black pepper.

7

Cook the steaks

Preheat a grill or skillet over high heat. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time based on desired doneness.

8

Rest the steaks

Remove from heat and let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Seafood

9

Sauté the garlic

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

10

Cook the shrimp

Add the fresh shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

11

Garnish and serve

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
