Prepare the Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, toss the cubed bread with olive oil, garlic powder, and dried oregano until well coated. Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Let them cool.

Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, tear the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Add the Caesar dressing and toss until the lettuce is evenly coated. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Add Toppings
Top the salad with the freshly made croutons and grated Parmesan cheese. Optionally, add the soft boiled eggs cut in half on top.
