Prepare the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cavatappi pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add mixed seafood and cook until they are just opaque, about 3-5 minutes. Remove seafood from skillet and set aside.

Make the Lemon Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, lemon juice, capers, and diced sweet red peppers. Stir and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine Everything
Add the cooked cavatappi and seafood back into the skillet with the sauce. Toss everything together until well coated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve
Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
