Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

Prepare Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.

3

Coat with Maple Syrup

Brush the tops of the salmon fillets with maple syrup.

4

Crust the Salmon

Press the almond meal onto the tops of the salmon fillets to create a crust.

5

Bake the Salmon

Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
