Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Stuff the Haddock
Place the haddock fillets on a baking sheet. Divide the stuffing mixture evenly among the fillets, pressing it down gently.

Bake the Haddock
Bake the coated haddock fillets in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Prepare Maple Cream Sauce
While the fish is baking, combine heavy cream, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir and cook until warmed through, about 5 minutes.

Serve
Once the haddock is done, remove it from the oven and drizzle the maple cream sauce over the top. Serve immediately.
