Preheat the Broiler
Preheat your oven's broiler to high.

Prepare the Lemon Butter
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Set aside.

Mix the Topping
In another bowl, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Prepare the Haddock
Place the haddock fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the lemon butter mixture over the fillets.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the fish fillets.

Place the baking sheet under the broiler and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, and the topping is golden brown.
