Preparation of Marinade

Mix Marinade Ingredients
In a bowl, combine yogurt, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well until smooth.

Marinate Paneer
Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes and add them to the marinade. Ensure that the paneer is well coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling Paneer

Heat Oil
In a non-stick skillet or grill pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

Assembling the Kati Roll

Prepare Flatbreads
Warm the parathas or flatbreads in a separate pan for about 1-2 minutes on each side until pliable.

Assemble the Roll
Place grilled paneer on one side of the paratha. Top with sliced onions, cucumbers, chopped coriander, and green chilies. Roll the flatbread tightly around the filling.

Serve
Slice the roll in half and serve immediately with chutney or sauce of your choice.
