Preparation of Chicken

Marinate Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare Vegetables
While the chicken is grilling, wash and chop the mixed salad greens, cucumber, and green bell pepper. Slice the red onion thinly and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Assemble Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cucumber, red onion, green bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes. Toss gently to mix the ingredients.

Add Chicken and Dressing
Slice the grilled chicken into strips and place on top of the salad. Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad, or serve it on the side. Toss gently to combine before serving.
