Prepare the Vegetables
Wash all the mixed greens thoroughly under cold water. Drain and pat dry with a paper towel.

Slice the Cucumber
Peel the cucumber if desired, then slice it into thin rounds. Set aside.

Chop the Green Bell Pepper
Remove the seeds and stem from the green bell pepper. Dice it into small pieces.

Slice the Red Onion
Peel the red onion and slice it thinly. You can soak the slices in cold water for 10 minutes to reduce its sharpness if desired.

Prepare the Cherry Tomatoes
Rinse the cherry tomatoes under cold water. If desired, cut them in half.

Assemble the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced cucumber, diced green bell pepper, sliced red onion, and cherry tomatoes.

Add the Dressing
Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly and coat them with the dressing.
