Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Tuna
Using a sharp knife, slice the sashimi-grade tuna into thin, even slices (about 1/4 inch thick). Arrange the slices on a plate in a circular pattern.
- 2
Prepare the Salmon
Using the same knife, slice the sashimi-grade salmon into thin, even slices. Place these slices on top of or beside the tuna on the plate, creating a vibrant contrast in color.
- 3
Prepare the Ebi
If the ebi is not already cooked, boil it in salted water for 2-3 minutes until it turns pink and opaque. Once cooked, peel if necessary and slice them in half lengthwise. Arrange the ebi on the plate next to the tuna and salmon.
