Method
Dough Preparation

Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Add the active dry yeast and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Mix Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

First Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Shape Dough
Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into three equal portions. Roll out one portion into a 20" circle.

Bake Pizza
Transfer the pizza to a pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Shape Dough
Roll out another portion of the risen dough into a 20" circle.

Add Sauce and Toppings
Spread 1 cup of pizza sauce over the dough, then layer with 3 cups of mozzarella cheese and the meat toppings: pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and ham.

Transfer the pizza to a pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
