Preparation

Strawberry Rhubarb Jam Directions

1. Prepare the Fruit

In a large pot, mix the strawberries and rhubarb together.

2. Add Sugar and Lemon Juice

Stir in the sugar and lemon juice, allowing the mixture to sit for 30 minutes.

3. Cook the Mixture

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Add Pectin

Stir in the pectin and boil for an additional 1-2 minutes.

5. Jar the Jam

Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal. Process in a water bath for 10 minutes.
