Cook Pork Belly
In a skillet over medium heat, cook 4 oz of pork belly until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Sauté Garlic
In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté 2 minced garlic cloves until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Cook Shrimp
Add 1 lb of shrimp, 1 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of cayenne pepper, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of black pepper to the skillet. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Stir in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and return the crispy pork belly to the skillet. Mix well to combine and heat for another 1-2 minutes.

Prepare Biscuit Mixture
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Cut in Butter
Cut in 1 stick of cold, cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Combine Dough
Stir in 3 tablespoons of buttermilk until the dough comes together. Do not overmix.

Shape Biscuits
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times. Roll out to about 1 inch thick, then cut into circles.

Place the biscuit rounds onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
