Tenderbelly Bacon

Method

Sausages

  1. 1

    Cooking the Sausages

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the Polidori sausage and Polidori chicken sausage to the skillet and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken

  1. 2

    Marinating the Chicken

In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs and pour buttermilk over them. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

  2. 3

    Preparing the Breading

In another bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to create a seasoned flour mixture.

  3. 4

    Frying the Chicken

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and dredge each piece in the seasoned flour, ensuring it is fully coated. Fry the chicken in the hot oil for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway. Drain on paper towels.

Ham Steak

  1. 5

    Cooking the Ham Steak

In a skillet over medium heat, add the ham steak and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until heated through and slightly caramelized.

Tenderbelly Bacon

  1. 6

    Cooking the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, add the Tenderbelly bacon slices and cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side until crispy and browned. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
