Preparing the Salad

Chop the Vegetables
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce and spinach into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the green bell pepper, slice the cucumber, and finely chop the red onion. Set aside.

Prepare the Remaining Ingredients
Slice the banana peppers, pit and slice the black olives, chop the ham, and slice the pepperoni. Combine all these ingredients in a large mixing bowl with the chopped vegetables.

Add Feta Cheese
Crumble the feta cheese over the salad mixture in the bowl.
Making the Vinaigrette

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the vinaigrette and adjust the seasoning with more salt or pepper if desired.
Tossing the Salad

Dress the Salad
Pour the vinaigrette over the salad mixture in the large bowl.

Using tongs or salad servers, toss the salad thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated with the vinaigrette.
