Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

    Prepare the Fruit

    Wash and hull the strawberries, then chop them into small pieces. Chop the rhubarb into small chunks.

    Combine Ingredients

    In a large pot, combine the strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

    Cook the Jam

    Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Once boiling, add the pectin and continue to boil for 1-2 minutes until thickened.

    Jar the Jam

    Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving a 1/4-inch headspace. Seal the jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

Bourbon Blueberry Jam

    Prepare the Blueberries

    Rinse the blueberries and remove any stems or bruised berries.

    Combine Ingredients

    In a large pot, mix the blueberries, sugar, bourbon, lemon juice, and pectin.

    Cook the Jam

    Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring often until it thickens.

Apple Butter
