Method
Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

Prepare the Fruit
Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Chop them into small pieces. Prepare the rhubarb by washing and chopping it into small pieces.

Add Pectin
Once boiling, stir in the pectin and boil for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Jar the Jam
Pour the jam into sterilized jars, seal, and process in a water bath for 10 minutes.
Bourbon Blueberry Jam

Prepare the Blueberries
Wash the blueberries and remove any stems.

Add Bourbon and Pectin
Stir in the bourbon and pectin, and boil for another 1-2 minutes.

Jar the Jam
Pour the jam into sterilized jars, seal, and process in a water bath for 10 minutes.
Apple Butter

Prepare the Apples
Peel and chop the apples into small pieces.

Cook the Apples
In a slow cooker, combine apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple cider. Cook on low for 8 hours or until apples are completely soft.

Blend the Mixture
Once cooked, blend the mixture until smooth and add vanilla extract. Cook on high for another hour to thicken.

Store the Apple Butter
Transfer to sterilized jars and seal.
Raspberry Jam

Prepare the Raspberries
Wash the raspberries gently and remove any stems.

Stir in the pectin and boil for another 1-2 minutes.

Pour the jam into sterilized jars, seal, and process in a water bath for 10 minutes.
Grape Jam

Wash the grapes and remove any stems.
