Preparing the Dressing

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy paste. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Season the Dressing
Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as necessary. Set the dressing aside.
Assembling the Salad

Prepare Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Dry it using a salad spinner or pat it down with paper towels. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce. Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the lettuce and toss gently to coat.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and croutons over the top of the salad. Toss lightly to combine.

Serve
Transfer the salad to a serving dish or individual plates. Serve immediately and enjoy!
