Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add Butter
Cut the unsalted butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to blend the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add Milk
Pour in the milk gradually while stirring until the dough comes together. Do not overmix.

Cut Biscuits
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently pat it into a 1-inch thick round. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

Cook the Eggs
Heat the cooking oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking.
