Prepare the Glass
Rim the edge of a rocks glass with lime juice and dip it in salt. Set aside.

Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine the jalapeño-infused tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, and house-made sour mix.

Add Bitters and Ice
Add chili-lime bitters and fill the shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.

Strain and Garnish
Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and a lime wedge.
