Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
Method
Vegetable Preparation
- 1
Prepare Vegetables
Wash all the vegetables thoroughly under running water. Cut the celery into sticks about 3 inches long. Break the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets, ensuring they are similar in size for even serving.
- 2
Arrange the Veggies
In a large serving tray or platter, arrange the baby carrots, celery sticks, broccoli florets, and cauliflower florets in a visually appealing manner. You can group them by type or create a colorful pattern.
Peppercorn Ranch Dressing Preparation
- 3
Make the Dressing
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
- 4
Add Seasonings
Add the dried dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed black peppercorns, and salt to the dressing mixture. Whisk again until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- 5
Taste and Adjust
Taste the dressing and adjust the salt if necessary. If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add more buttermilk, a tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
- 6
Serve
Transfer the dressing to a small serving bowl or a ramekin and place it alongside the arranged vegetables on the tray.
