Prepare the Meatballs

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and chopped parsley.

Form Meatballs
With clean hands, mix the ingredients together until well combined. Form the mixture into bite-sized meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Bake Meatballs
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
Prepare the BBQ Sauce

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Simmer Sauce
Cook the sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it begins to simmer. Reduce heat to low and let it cook for about 10 minutes until thickened.
Combine and Serve

Toss Meatballs in Sauce
Once the meatballs are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the BBQ sauce over the meatballs and toss to coat evenly.

Serve
Transfer the BBQ meatballs to a serving platter and enjoy warm. They can be served with toothpicks for easy eating.
