Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Hibiscus Tea
Brew the hibiscus tea with jalapeno infusion. Allow it to cool before using.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add mezcal, banana liqueur, Suze, jalapeno infused hibiscus tea, fresh ginger, and citrus juice.

Add Ice and Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a hibiscus flower on top.
