Prepare the Edamame
In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add the edamame pods and cook for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the grated ginger, minced garlic, rayu chili oil, soy sauce, and salt. Mix well to combine.

Combine and Serve
In a large bowl, toss the cooked edamame with the sauce until well coated. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
