In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. In another bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.

Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

In a separate pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble into pieces.

In a large bowl, toss together the mixed greens, sliced red onion, and sliced red bell pepper. Add the shredded pepper jack cheese, crumbled bacon, and spicy pecans.
