Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Scampi Sauce

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Add Cream

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly.

  5. 5

    Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the scampi sauce. Stir in the diced tomatoes and half of the Parmesan cheese.

  6. 6

    Serve

Divide the shrimp scampi over plates, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
