Prepare the Cheese
Cut the provolone cheese into wedges about 1 inch thick. Set aside.

Bread the Cheese
Dip each wedge of provolone cheese first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, ensuring an even layer on all sides.

Heat the Oil
In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wedges
Carefully add the breaded provolone wedges to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Serve the fried provolone wedges hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
