Prepare the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the beef into two equal-sized patties.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet, cook the applewood smoked bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain.

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.

Toast the Buns
While the patties are finishing, cut the brioche buns in half and toast them on the grill until golden brown.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a patty with melted cheese, followed by crispy bacon, lettuce, and slices of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve
Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
