Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the beef into two equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the applewood smoked bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain.

  3. 3

    Grill the Patties

Preheat your woodfire grill. Once hot, place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.

  5. 5

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are finishing, cut the brioche buns in half and toast them on the grill until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a patty with melted cheese, followed by crispy bacon, lettuce, and slices of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
