Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patty

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently and form into two equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip them.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

After flipping, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the patty reaches your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom half of each bun. Place the lettuce, then the tomato slice, followed by the cooked beef patty with melted cheese. Top with the other half of the bun.
