Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- 2
Prepare the Lettuce
While the chicken is resting, wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place the lettuce in a large salad bowl.
- 3
Make the Caesar Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 clove of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- 4
Assemble the Salad
Add the sliced grilled chicken, garlic croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl of romaine lettuce. Drizzle with the housemade Caesar dressing and toss gently to combine.
- 5
Serve
Divide the salad into serving bowls and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy your Chicken Caesar Salad!
