Prepare the Shrimp
Season the shrimp with cajun seasoning. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through. Remove from grill and set aside.

Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat. Gently fold in the grilled cajun shrimp.

Plate the Cajun Shrimp Alfredo and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese if desired. Serve with toasted parmesan bread on the side.
