Instructions
- 1
Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
- 2
Cook the Fettuccine
While the chicken is grilling, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4
Combine Everything
Add the cooked fettuccine noodles to the Alfredo sauce and toss until well coated. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the pasta.
- 5
Make Parmesan Toast
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the French bread slices on a baking sheet, sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese, and bake for about 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- 6
Serve
Serve the Cajun Chicken Alfredo hot with the Parmesan toast on the side.
