Buffalo Wings
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.
- 2
Season the Wings
In the same bowl, add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the chicken wings. Toss to coat evenly.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- 4
Make Buffalo Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the hot sauce until combined.
- 5
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat them thoroughly.
- 6
Serve
Serve the buffalo wings hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
