Method

Preparation

1

Slice the Meats

Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the mortadella, prosciutto San Daniele, soppressata, and coppa into thin slices, approximately 1/8 inch thick. Arrange them on a large serving platter in a visually appealing manner.

2

Prepare the Pickles

If your house pickles are whole, slice them into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on the platter next to the sliced meats.

3

Add the Olives

Place a small bowl of mixed marinated olives on the platter or scatter them around the meats and pickles for a decorative touch.

Final Touch

Optionally, drizzle a bit of extra virgin olive oil over the meats for added flavor. Serve immediately with toothpicks or small forks for easy eating.
