Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients required for the clarified piña colada and measure them accurately.

Juice the Pineapple
If using fresh pineapple, cut it into chunks and juice it using a juicer. You should have around 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice.

Extract Coconut Water
If using a fresh coconut, carefully crack it open and pour out the coconut water into a measuring cup until you have 0.5 cup.

Combine Ingredients
In a blender, add 1 cup of Rinomato Americano, 1 cup of Banks 5 Year Rum, 0.5 cup of Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum, 0.25 cup of Nardini Mandorla, 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice, 0.5 cup of fresh coconut water, and 0.5 cup of simple syrup.

Blend the Mixture
Blend the ingredients on high speed until well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Clarifying

Strain the Mixture
Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain the blended mixture into a clean bowl or pitcher. This will separate the solids from the liquid, creating a clear piña colada base.

Refrigerate the strained mixture for at least 30 minutes to chill before serving.
