Preparation
Prepare the Passionfruit
Cut the passionfruit in half and scoop out the pulp into a cocktail shaker.
Mix the Ingredients
Add Haku vodka, Casa Lotos sotol, pineapple juice, guava juice, and vanilla syrup to the shaker with the passionfruit pulp.
Shake it Up
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving
Strain the Mixture
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Top with Prosecco
Top off the cocktail with prosecco for a bubbly finish.
Garnish
Garnish with a half passionfruit on top for presentation.
