Mix the Base Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Su Casa Mezcal and 1 oz of Dolin Blanc. Fill the shaker with ice.

Add Flavoring Ingredients
Add 0.5 oz of Crème de Menthe and 2 dashes of Chocolate Bitters to the shaker.

Shake the Mixture
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Garnish the drink with 5 fresh mint leaves and top with 1 tablespoon of chocolate shavings.
