Method
Classic Negroni

Mix Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.

Stir
Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish
Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
Chocolate Negroni

Mix Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine gin, cocoa bitters, sweet vermouth, and chocolate liqueur.

Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well combined and chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with chocolate shavings on top.
Mezcalito Negroni

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine mezcal, Campari, and sweet vermouth.
