    Gather Ingredients

    Collect all the ingredients: Brooklyn Gin, Quinquina, Alessio Bianco, Carpano Dry, Lemon Bitters, and Verjus.

    Chill Glassware

    Place your cocktail glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

Mixing

    Combine Ingredients

    In a mixing glass, pour 1 cup of Brooklyn Gin, 1 cup of Quinquina, 1 cup of Alessio Bianco, 1 cup of Carpano Dry, 3 dashes of Lemon Bitters, and 0.5 cups of Verjus.

    Stir

    Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Serving

    Strain and Serve

    Remove ice from the chilled glass, then strain the cocktail mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer.

    Garnish and Enjoy

    Optionally, garnish with a lemon twist or a citrus peel. Serve immediately and enjoy your Negroni Bianco.
