Homemade Corn Tortillas

In a mixing bowl, combine corn masa harina, salt, and gradually add water. Mix until a smooth dough forms.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten using a tortilla press or a rolling pin.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side until lightly browned and cooked through.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.
