Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Prepare wet ingredients
In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Combine wet and dry
Pour the banana mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; be careful not to overmix.

Pour into loaf pan
Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
