Prepare the Mixing Glass
Start by chilling a mixing glass with ice to ensure the drink is served cold.

Combine Ingredients
Add 1.5 oz of The Macallan 12, 0.5 oz of Glenfiddich 14 Year, and 0.5 oz of Palo Cortado into the chilled mixing glass.

Add Sweetener
Include 0.5 oz of smoked raisin syrup to the mixing glass.

Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of Jerry Thomas Decanter Bitters to the mixture.

Stir the Mixture
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
Serving

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with one large ice cube.

Garnish with a strip of orange peel and place a maraschino cherry on top.
