Prepare Preserved Cherry Tomatoes

Roast the Tomatoes
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme. Add crushed garlic cloves on top. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and soft.

Prepare Toasted Rye Sourdough

Assemble and Serve

Plate the Dish
On a serving plate, arrange the toasted rye sourdough slices. Tear the burrata cheese and place it on top of the toast. Spoon the preserved cherry tomatoes over the burrata.

Garnish and Drizzle
Sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the dish and drizzle balsamic glaze on top for added flavor. Serve immediately while the toast is warm.
