Preparation
- 1
Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling your serving glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.
- 2
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add the Angel's Envy Bourbon, Woodford Rye, Cocchi Torino, Mancino Chinato, Nocino, and chocolate bitters.
- 3
Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice, enough to chill the mixture thoroughly.
- 4
Stir the Mixture
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled and diluted to your liking.
- 5
Strain into Glass
Remove the ice water from your chilled glass and strain the mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer or a jigger.
Garnishing
- 6
Garnish the Drink
Twist the orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it in as a garnish. Add a cherry on top for an extra touch.
