Chill the Prosecco
Place the bottle of Prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to ensure it is well-chilled.

Prepare the Glass
Select a large wine glass or spritz glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass while preparing the drink.
Mixing the Drink

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 1 oz of St. George Citrus Vodka, 0.5 oz of Cointreau, 1 oz of Lillet Rosé, and 1 oz of cranberry juice. Shake well until chilled.

Strain the Mixture
Strain the mixture into the chilled glass filled with ice.

Add Rosé Wine
Slowly pour 2 oz of rosé wine over the drink mixture in the glass.

Gently top the drink with 3 oz of chilled Prosecco, pouring slowly to maintain the bubbles.
