Prepare the Glasses
Fill a large wine glass or spritz glass with ice cubes to chill while preparing the drink.

Mix the Base Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Malfy Gin Blood Orange, Select Aperitivo, Amaro Santoni, and balsamic vinegar. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.

Combine with Mixers
Remove the ice from the chilled glass. Pour the mixed base ingredients into the glass over fresh ice. Top with Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa and Prosecco. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish the Drink
Add a slice of blood orange and fresh mint leaves to the drink for garnish. Serve immediately.
