Preparation
Prepare the Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the soft serve ice cream and milk. Use a spatula to gently fold the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add Mix-ins
Sprinkle the HEATH® toffee bits and drizzle the chocolate syrup into the soft serve mixture. Gently fold the mix-ins into the ice cream until evenly distributed.
Serving
Assemble the Blizzard
Spoon the prepared HEATH® Blizzard mixture into serving cups. Top each serving with a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle chopped HEATH® bars on top for added crunch.
