Method
Chicken Tenders
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips.
- 2
Set Up Breading Station
In three separate bowls, place the gluten-free flour in the first bowl, beaten eggs in the second bowl, and gluten-free breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in the third bowl.
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken strip in the flour, shake off excess, dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place breaded chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4
Bake the Tenders
Lightly spray the breaded tenders with olive oil spray. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
French Fries
- 5
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips for fries.
- 6
Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- 7
Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake alongside the chicken tenders for 20-25 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
Honey Mustard Sauce
- 8
Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine honey and Dijon mustard. Stir until well blended.
